Once Sleep apnea is ruled out or being treated, you can start our easy-to-follow, supervised therapy program to improve the quality of your sleep and help manage your insomnia.

Our brief 4 session Insomnia Sleep Therapy program is practical and completed entirely remotely, which limits your need to come to the office. There are 2 sessions completed by telephone and 2 by video telemedicine.

This program differs from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia, which you may have heard of before. This program is explicitly behavioural focused and gives you actionable behaviours that you can easily implement.
